PRICING AND PAYMENT 

All prices are in euros (€). Prices do not include postage.

Payments can be made using Paypal.Paypal is the safest and easiest way to pay online without revealing your credit card number. Once payment is accepted, your order will be processed.

Please contact me if you wish to pay by cheque. Once order is confirmed, simply note the order number on the back of the cheque made payable to Bambstar and send it to me at the following address: Bambstar - 79 Rue de la Mare des Champs -76230 BOIS GUILLAUMEUpon receipt of your cheque, I will process your order.

Foreign checks are not accepted.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

I do my utmost to deliver quality items of your choice to your home. Nevertheless if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may always return it.

Be aware that:

1. The items returned have not been worn or washed.

2. The items are not damaged and/or repaired.

Bambstar will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, repaired and/or garment tags removed. In such cases the items will be returned to the customer.

Conditions:

1. Returns have to be reported within 14 days of the reception of your order. Please send an email to contact@bambstar.com.

2. The items returned has to be received by me within 14 days after the report of return.

Bambstar will only reimburse costs for the return in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. In all other events the postage costs will not be refunded, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning items. Bambstar will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. I strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.

No later than 5 business days after the receipt of the good returned, I will confirm this by mail and refund the purchase price, depending on your original payment method.

If you are exchanging your return for a new purchase, I will send this new purchase upon availability. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and the order total.

ORDER STATUS

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order 24 hours after it was placed by clicking on your account, signing in, and selecting order history.

If you placed your order during the weekend, please wait until Monday to check the status of your order or to receive any tracking information. I do not send out any orders over the weekend.

Your personal information is always safe with us online. However, if you are still not comfortable making a purchase on our site, you may choose to call me on 06 37 45 52 81 to make an order. Please email contact@bambstar.com for any additional questions.

DELIVERY 

Orders are sent as quickly as possible - subject to payment and stock availability. Shipping is done by La Poste France or Colissimo (within France) to the address indicated on your order confirmation. Postage costs are based on the weight of the merchandise. When selecting your country on the checkout page the postage costs will become visible. If your home country is not on the list please send an email to contact@bambstar.com and I will send you the applicable costs by email.
